
As an important scientific research institution in the coal industry, China Coal Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. has extremely strict standards for the performance and precision of mixing equipment. During the processing of coal samples, traditional mixing equipment is difficult to meet the demand for uniform mixing of materials with various particle sizes and densities, resulting in large fluctuations and poor repeatability of experimental data. In response to this pain point, our company has tailored the MSY400L automated mixing production line for it. The entire production line, from material feeding, vacuum feeding, upper docking system, mixer, feeding (automatic alignment, valve opening), discharging (lower alignment, docking, valve opening) to storage bin, is fully automated by PLC, achieving dust-free and unmanned operation. The mixing equipment adopts a dual-power drive system. Through the combined movement of three-dimensional flipping of the material bucket and high-speed rotation of the stirring blades, a triple mixing mechanism of convection, shearing and diffusion is formed, ensuring that materials of different properties achieve full contact at the microscopic level. Its intelligent control system can monitor the mixing status in real time, automatically adjust parameters to meet the requirements of different formulas, and increase the mixing uniformity to over 99.5%.
